Size exchanges can be made via courier. If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 10 days of the delivery date. From the date of notification, you will have 3 additional days to return your item, shipping it to the address indicated on the return label provided. The fee for size exchanges is $30.00.
Returned products must meet the following conditions for the order to be refunded: • All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags intact. • Products that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. • Returns of items with a return label will only be successful if the label has not been removed. • Returns are not permitted for personalized items. The sale of these products is final.

Returns via courier:
Start the return process by contacting one of our agents via delivery confirmation email or dedicated support. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email or you can download it from your account. Place the merchandise you wish to return in its original packaging. Print and attach the prepaid shipping label to the package and arrange pickup by contacting the courier directly at the number indicated in the return request email or on the return thank you page displayed at the end of the online return process. Please note that we are not responsible for merchandise returned via an alternative courier service; we recommend using the label provided by support. If for any reason you do not receive the prepaid label, please contact us. The courier tracking number is on the shipping label. Please refer to this number to monitor the status of your return. Once received at the warehouse, exchanges will be processed within 3 business days. Once the item is verified, a voucher for the value of the product will be issued, which can be used on our website.
