This section contains information regarding Iperstyle’s management methods with regard to the processing of Iperstyle.com user data.
This policy also applies to the purposes of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679, concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, for those who interact with Iperstyle. Pursuant to Article 28 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679, upon appointment by the data controller, Iperstyle is the data controller for this website.
3 – Data Processing Location
The data generated by the use of this website is processed in Italy.
If necessary, data related to the newsletter service may be processed by the data controller or persons appointed by the data controller for this purpose at the relevant office.
III – COOKIES
1 – Type of Cookies
The Iperstyle.com website uses cookies to make the user’s browsing experience easier and more intuitive. Cookies are small text files used to store information about the user, their preferences, or their Internet access device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone). They are primarily used to tailor the website’s operation to the user’s expectations, offering a more personalized browsing experience and memorizing previous choices.

The aforementioned information is processed automatically and collected exclusively in aggregate form to verify the proper functioning of the site and for security reasons. This information will be processed based on the legitimate interests of the data controller.

USER RIGHTS
Article 13, paragraph 1, of the GDPR provides: Article 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 lists the user’s rights.
The franzshoes.com website therefore intends to inform the user of the existence of the user’s rights, based on the following articles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679:

If the processing is based on Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a) – express consent to use – or on Art. 9, paragraph 2, letter a) – express consent to the use of genetic, biometric, health-related data, data revealing religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, data revealing racial or ethnic origin, or political opinions – the user has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Likewise, in the event of a violation of the law, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali), the authority responsible for monitoring data processing in Italy.

VI – DATA TRANSFER TO NON-EU COUNTRIES
This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union, specifically with Google, Facebook, and Microsoft (LinkedIn) via social plugins and the Google Analytics service. This transfer is authorized and strictly regulated by Article 45, paragraph 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, so no further consent is required. The companies mentioned above guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.
Data will never be transferred to third countries that do not comply with the conditions set forth in Article 45 et seq. of Regulation (EU).
VII. SECURITY OF DATA PROVIDED
This site processes user data lawfully and correctly, adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of data. Processing is carried out using computerized and/or electronic means, using organizational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated.
In addition to the data controller, in some cases, categories of employees involved in the organization of the site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, and system administrators) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, and communications agencies) may have access to the data.
