These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the sale of products exclusively for purchases made on the site in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I, of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/05, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/14 and Legislative Decree 70/03) by Iperstyle.
Before accessing the products offered on the site, the user is required to read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are generally and unequivocally accepted at the time of purchase.
Users are invited to download and print a copy of the purchase form and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the terms of which Iperstyle reserves the right to modify unilaterally and without notice.
Art. 2 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer, submission, and acceptance of purchase orders for products on Iperstyle.com. They do not, however, govern the provision of services or the sale of products by parties other than the seller who are present on the same site through links, banners, or other hyperlinks.
Before placing orders and purchasing products and services from other parties, we recommend checking their terms and conditions.
Art. 3 – Conclusion of the Contract
To conclude the purchase contract, you will need to complete the electronic form and submit it following the relevant instructions.
It contains a link to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, images of each product and its price, the payment methods available, the delivery methods for purchased products and the related shipping and delivery costs, a link to the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, and the methods and deadlines for returning purchased products.
Before concluding the contract, you will be asked to confirm that you have read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, including the Information on the Right of Withdrawal and the Processing of Personal Data.
The contract is concluded when the seller receives the completed form from the user, after verifying the accuracy of the information contained therein.

Article 4 – Registered Users

If the user provides inaccurate or incomplete data, or if the interested parties dispute payments made, Iperstyle will have the right to refuse to activate or suspend the service until the relevant deficiencies are rectified.
When a user first requests to activate a profile, Iperstyle will assign the user a username and password. The user acknowledges that these identifiers constitute the user’s access validation system to the Services and the only system capable of identifying the user. Any actions performed using such access will be attributed to the user and will be binding upon the user.
The user undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of their access data and to safeguard them with due care and diligence, and to not disclose them, even temporarily, to third parties.
Art. 5 – Product Availability
Product availability refers to actual availability at the time the user places the order. However, this availability should be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the site, the products may be sold to other customers before the order is confirmed.
Even after the order confirmation email has been sent, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this case, the order will be automatically corrected by eliminating the unavailable product, and the user will be immediately notified by email.

The price of the products will be as indicated on the website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
In the event of an error, Iperstyle will notify the buyer as soon as possible, allowing the order to be confirmed at the correct price or cancelled. In any case, Iperstyle is not obligated to supply the item sold at the incorrectly indicated lower price.
The prices on the website include VAT and do not include shipping costs. Prices are subject to change at any time. Changes do not affect orders for which an order confirmation has already been sent.
Once the desired products have been selected, they will be added to the cart. Simply follow the purchase instructions, entering or verifying the required information at each step of the process. Order details can be changed before payment.

Art. 8 – Delivery
Iperstyle ships worldwide.
Iperstyle will only deliver to the address provided at the time of purchase.
Delivery is generally made within 30 days or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated time frame when selecting the delivery method and, in any case, within a maximum of thirty days from the date of confirmation.
If delivery is not possible, the order will be sent to the warehouse. In this case, a notice will specify the location of the order and how to arrange a new delivery.
If you are unable to be present at the agreed-upon delivery time, please contact us again to arrange a new delivery date.
If delivery cannot take place for reasons beyond our control after thirty days from the date the order is available for delivery, we will assume that you intend to terminate the contract.
Art. 9 – Transfer of Risk
The risk relating to the products will pass to the buyer upon delivery. Ownership of the products is deemed to have passed upon receipt of full payment of all amounts due for them, including shipping costs, or upon delivery, if this occurs later.
Art. 10 – Warranty and Commercial Conformity
The products ordered are considered replicas of the originals.
In the event of non-conformity, the user who entered into the contract as a consumer will not be entitled to have the products restored to conformity free of charge, through repair or replacement.
